You’ve had a long day. It’s cold. And the prospect of warm, cheesy pizza for dinner – delivered to your door with the help of a few swift swipes – is an incredibly attractive prospect. It’s an expensive choice – for your bank account, and, ahem, your diet – and you’re supposed to be on a budget with both. Oh well, you think. If only you had more willpower.

The struggle? It’s real. But ‘willpower’ isn’t something you have or don’t have; it’s something you develop. A muscle, as the old adage suggests.
