‘I Give My Husband ‘Moon Milk’ Before Bed – Here’s Why’ – Whimn – June 2018

For as long as I’ve known him, my husband D has been a terrible sleeper. He wakes in the middle of the night and can’t get back to sleep, gets up before dawn and during the hours he is asleep, he grinds his teeth, suggesting that even when he is out, his mind is still active.

I worry that his poor sleep habits are affecting his health and wellbeing. And while it’s good for me that he gets up so early (he has always taken the ‘early shift’ with the kids) the difference in our natural body clocks isn’t brilliant for us as a couple.
